ABOUT JISAI

The Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) is a scholarly journal published by the Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Information Technology, Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta, Indonesia. JISAI publishes original research articles, scholarly reviews, and technological developments in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and related areas of Computer Science.

JISAI is committed to publishing high-quality scholarly articles that demonstrate originality, contribute to academic knowledge, and offer practical value. Published articles are expected to serve as references for advancing scientific knowledge and technological development.

The Journal of Information System and Artificial Intelligence (JISAI) is intended for researchers, academicians, students, industry professionals, and policymakers interested in Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence, including their development, implementation, and applications in addressing organizational, industrial, and societal challenges.

JISAI is published twice a year, in May and November, and accepts manuscript submissions throughout the year. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for the next available issue, taking into account the order of acceptance, completion of editorial requirements, and publication capacity.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their alignment with the journal’s focus and scope, compliance with author guidelines, completeness, textual similarity, and scholarly quality. Manuscripts that pass this screening are reviewed by at least two reviewers with relevant expertise.

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from one another. The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision based on reviewers’ recommendations, authors’ responses, and the quality of the revised manuscript.

JISAI provides open access to all published articles, allowing readers to read and download them freely to support the dissemination of knowledge and research findings. No fees are charged for manuscript submission or peer review.
