Abstract
Technology acceptance can be defined as the willingness of users to use technology based on the tasks designed to support it. TAM considers the user's perception of ease of use and usability as the main factors influencing the level of acceptance of any technology. TAM is a model used to explain and predict the use of applications, and used to determine user attitudes towards technology acceptance. The purpose of this study was to analyze user acceptance when using the Ditlantas Jatim Digital Center application using the TAM method. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach with three constructs, namely perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and attitudes toward using. The sample in this study has as many as 100 people. From the results of the path analysis, it can be concluded that the perception of ease of use and the perception of usefulness have a significant positive effect on attitudes towards using with a relationship level of 61%.
